Question 1

What kind of work do you take on?

Accepted Answer

Websites, SaaS platforms, MVPs and custom CRM systems. If it's a product people log into, or a site that has to convert, it's in scope. We don't do print, brand-only engagements, or ongoing paid media.

Question 2

Who will I actually be working with?

Accepted Answer

The people writing the code and drawing the screens. We're a small studio, so there's no account manager relaying messages - you're in the same conversation as whoever is building the thing.

Question 3

Where are you based, and does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Anand, Gujarat, India. We work with clients outside India regularly. Timezone overlap is worth agreeing up front, but it has never been the thing that decided a project.

Question 4

How do we start?

Accepted Answer

A short call. You describe what you're building, we ask enough to size it, and you get scope, timeline and a fixed price back - usually inside 48 hours. If we're not the right studio for it, we'll say so on that call.

Question 5

How long does a build take?

Accepted Answer

A website runs 2 to 6 weeks, an MVP 3 to 8, a CRM 4 to 10, and a full SaaS platform 6 to 16. The range depends mostly on scope and how ready your content is - not on how busy we are.

Question 6

What do you build on?

Accepted Answer

Next.js, React, Angular, TypeScript and Tailwind on the front end; Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Firebase behind it; Docker, AWS and Vercel to run it. We pick from that set rather than trying something novel on your budget.

Question 7

Do I own the code?

Accepted Answer

Completely, from day one. The repository, the accounts and the infrastructure are in your name. Nothing we build needs us to keep existing for it to keep running.

Question 8

What happens if the scope changes mid-build?

Accepted Answer

We re-quote the delta and you decide. What we won't do is absorb it quietly and let the deadline slip, or bill it as a surprise at the end.

Question 9

Why isn't there a price on the pricing page?

Accepted Answer

Because a number there would be fiction. Scope, integrations, content readiness and deadline pressure move a quote more than the category of work does. Send us the scope and you get a real figure, not a starting-from.

Question 10

Do you offer ongoing work after launch?

Accepted Answer

Yes - a monthly retainer with agreed capacity, covering new features, performance work and dependency upkeep. It's optional. Plenty of clients take the code and run it themselves.

Question 11

What if I already have a product and just need help on part of it?

Accepted Answer

That's normal. We take on redesigns, rebuilds and specific workstreams inside an existing codebase. We'll be honest on the call about whether extending what you have beats starting the piece fresh.
