We're a small studio in Anand building websites, SaaS products, MVPs and CRM systems. Small enough that what you make is recognisably yours, and that the client knows your name.
Nothing posted right now - but we still read every application.
We hire when the work demands it rather than on a schedule, so listings go up and come down quickly. If your work is good, send it anyway. We keep strong applications on file and go to them first when something opens.
What we'd read today
Product & UI design
You think in flows and systems, not screens. You can defend a layout decision without reaching for 'it looks cleaner'.
Front-end engineering
React and Next.js in production. You care about what the bundle weighs and what the interaction feels like on a mid-range phone.
Back-end & infrastructure
Node, Postgres, auth and billing. You've had to make something scale after it shipped, and you learned from it.
How we actually work
Small team, direct contact
There's no account layer between you and the client. You'll be in the call where the decision gets made, which also means you own the outcome.
Scope is fixed, hours aren't watched
We commit to a scope and a date, then trust people to get there. We're not counting who was online at 9am.
Anand-based, remote-friendly
The studio is in Anand, Gujarat. We work with people outside it, but we do want real overlap in hours - async-only doesn't suit how we build.
You'll ship something real
Nothing here sits in a drawer. Work you do goes live under a client's name, usually within weeks of starting it.
